Lead Information Security Engineer

What you'll do

• Conduct rigorous testing and certification of next-generation firewalls to validate performance, security, and compliance.
• Design and implement scalable, secure NGFW architectures across enterprise environments.
• Develop automation solutions for firewall provisioning, policy management, and operational tasks using Python and Ansible.
• Lead cross-functional teams in planning and delivering firewall projects using Agile methodologies.
• Perform complex firewall certifications, upgrade testing, and develop templated configurations.
• Ensure all firewall implementations comply with security and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze performance trends and recommend improvements for firewall operations and automation.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design documentation.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of Information Security Engineering experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with NGFW platforms.
• 3+ years of automation experience.
• 3+ years of experience with firewall policy design, NAT, VPNs, threat prevention features, and templated installations.
• 3+ years of experience with Python, Ansible, REST APIs, and automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, and network protocols (preferred).
• Experience with testing methodologies, performance, functional, interoperability, and security testing frameworks (preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, GSEC, or vendor-specific certs like PCNSE, NSE, or CCNP Security (preferred).
