Lead Engineer - Critical Environments

What you'll do

• Supervise maintenance staff on shift and monitor performance of assigned responsibilities.
• Direct all maintenance departmental service requests to ensure efficient work with minimal disruption.
• Check malfunctioning equipment and determine corrective actions for restoration to operating condition.
• Train operations staff in proper use of tools, basic maintenance, safety procedures, and professionalism.
• Implement preventative maintenance program by scheduling tasks and maintaining inventory of parts and supplies.
• Ensure timely performance of contracted maintenance work and fulfillment of equipment warranty obligations.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of relevant work experience, including supervisory roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and safety rules
• Experience with facility management software like Corrigo, Salesforce, Zendesk, or ServiceNow
• EPA 608 certification for refrigerant handling
• NFPA70E training for electrical safety in the workplace
• Strong communication skills for interacting with tenants and contractors
