What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of professional experience with electric propulsion technologies.
Expertise in electric propulsion system design and test cycles.
Ability to perform detailed system performance and risk analyses.
Experience leading root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Knowledge of thermal management, avionics requirements, and embedded software.
Familiarity with integrated testing across multiple vacuum chambers.
