Propulsion Functional Technician, Amazon Leo

What you'll do

• Perform manufacturing and assembly tasks for propulsion subsystems according to engineering documentation.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues by conducting root cause analysis and providing feedback to engineers.
• Conduct inspections with a focus on critical quality elements.
• Maintain and update internal team SOPs, documenting process improvements.
• Support training programs and assist in the development of new hires within the department.
• Utilize MES and SAP systems for production tracking and work order documentation.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of hands-on aerospace/automotive manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in using precision torque and measurement tools for inspections.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documentation and drawings.
• Experience with MES software packages and production tracking systems.
• Capable of troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis on issues.
• Knowledge across multiple manufacturing process paths and integration tasks.
