Propulsion Functional Technician

What you'll do

• Perform manufacturing, assembly, and integration tasks for propulsion subsystems.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Provide feedback to engineers on tooling, consumables, and process improvements.
• Document discrepancies and maintain internal team SOPs.
• Support training programs and new hire development within the department.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of hands-on aerospace/automotive manufacturing experience with flight hardware.
• Experience in electro-mechanical assembly and final integration processes.
• Proficiency in using precision torque, measurement, and inspection devices.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documentation and drawings accurately.
• Hands-on work experience in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong teamwork skills for effective collaboration and communication.
• Knowledge of MES software packages and traceability systems.
