Propulsion Functional Technician

What you'll do

• Perform manufacturing and assembly tasks for propulsion subsystems according to engineering documentation.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues by conducting root cause analysis and providing feedback to engineers.
• Conduct inspections with a focus on critical quality elements.
• Maintain and update internal team SOPs, documenting process improvements.
• Support training programs and new hire development within the department.
• Utilize MES and SAP systems for production tracking and work order documentation.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of aerospace/automotive manufacturing experience with flight hardware.
• Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical assemblies and precision measurement tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in reading engineering documentation and drawings.
• Experience working effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Knowledge of MES software packages for production tracking and traceability.
