Lead Data Scientist, Service Events & Insights

What you'll do

• Lead design and execution of advanced analytics initiatives on large-scale Service Events data.
• Direct data acquisition, transformation, and modeling efforts for scalable analytics solutions.
• Develop machine learning models and statistical analyses to improve service outcomes and forecasting accuracy.
• Apply natural language processing and predictive modeling techniques to extract value from structured and unstructured service data.
• Communicate insights through data visualization and storytelling to enable informed decision-making across the organization.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, and SQL for data processing.
• Expertise in data modeling, database systems, and query optimization for large datasets.
• Ability to lead end-to-end machine learning initiatives from model selection to performance monitoring.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
• Experience with Service Events Domain data including dealer Work Orders and Cat Interact.
• Proven capability in translating complex findings into clear, actionable insights for various audiences.
