Lead Data Scientist

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML project development from problem framing to post-production optimization.
• Design and deploy agentic AI systems including multi-agent orchestration and autonomous decision-making workflows.
• Conduct proof-of-concepts for ML/GenAI-based digital products aligned with business priorities.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and conduct code/model reviews for data science teams.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and drive their adoption within the Data Science team.
• Establish standards for model governance, responsible AI practices, reproducibility, and documentation.

What we're looking for

• PhD with 1+ years or MS with 3+ years of hands-on data science experience in cloud environments.
• Expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, and agentic AI systems including frameworks like LangChain and Semantic Kernel.
• Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions with model serving and API development skills.
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
• Depth in state-of-the-art agentic AI technologies including multi-agent systems and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Experience with prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and evaluation frameworks for generative AI solutions.
