What you'll do

Restructure databases to improve accessibility and usability for data scientists and business analysts.
Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy.
Integrate AI coding tools into development workflows to automate repetitive engineering tasks.
Develop high-quality code for production modules while leading validation across all testing types.
Define technical requirements and provide architectural guidance for new marketing products and initiatives.

What we're looking for

BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
8+ years of data engineering experience.
Proven expertise in SQL, Python, Spark, and data pipeline orchestration tools like Airflow or dbt.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and analytics environments such as Databricks.
Practical experience using AI coding assistants like Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot for engineering tasks.
Ability to build automated agents to handle repetitive tasks like monitoring, alerting, and root cause analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical collaborators.
Experience with B2B marketing/sales data, CRM, or marketing automation platforms is highly valuable.
