What you'll do

Build robust cloud-based data solutions using platforms like Redshift or Snowflake to drive customer experiences.
Develop applications using programming languages such as Java, Scala, and Python.
Manage and integrate big data technologies including distributed microservices and NoSQL databases.
Perform unit tests and conduct peer code reviews to ensure performance and high-quality design.
Mentor other members of the engineering community and share knowledge on emerging technology trends.
Work with product managers to deliver scalable solutions for large-scale financial systems.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of experience in application development.
At least 2 years of experience in big data technologies.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
Experience with programming languages including Java, Scala, Python, and SQL.
Experience with distributed data/computing tools such as MapReduce, Hadoop, Hive, EMR, Kafka, or Spark.
Experience with NoSQL databases (Mongo, Cassandra) and cloud data warehousing (Redshift or Snowflake).
Experience with Agile engineering practices and UNIX/Linux shell scripting.
Bachelor’s Degree.
