What you'll do

  • Lead the design and development of data engineering solutions for digital transformation.
  • Advise on complex analytics designs to align with Data and Analytics Hub principles.
  • Identify data and process gaps through business transformation workshops and propose scalable architectures.
  • Utilize existing architecture as a data hub, recommending tools and services for improvement.
  • Develop advanced analytics standards and procedures across the organization’s GIS Data Hub.

What we're looking for

  • Over 12 years of experience in modern data engineering and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS.
  • More than 5 years of hands-on experience with FP&A applications integration using Workday Adaptive and Azure data platform.
  • Extensive knowledge in configuring Azure cloud and building automated ETL/ELT pipelines for various data types.
  • At least 3 years implementing end-to-end medallion architecture using Databricks or similar tools.
  • Proven expertise in schema design, dimensional data modeling, and data warehouse best practices.
  • Strong background in big data processing with Spark and Python technologies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Azure Synapse, MS Fabric, Redshift, and other relevant platforms.
