What you'll do

  • Support stable, auditable IAM operations in a production environment.
  • Analyze operational data using LLMs to provide insights and summaries.

What we're looking for

  • Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Security Cloud operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply AI or machine learning techniques in operational contexts.
  • Experience configuring Access Recommendations and peer group analysis in SailPoint.
  • Familiarity with Azure operational tools and SQL/data analysis for troubleshooting.
  • Ability to build and operationalize AI-assisted tooling for incident triage and root cause detection.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently in complex environments.
