Cybersecurity Engineering Service Lead

What you'll do

• Drive secure-by-design approach by embedding oversight into organizational processes for new projects.
• Continuously assess technologies against defined policies and controls to ensure compliance and remediate gaps.
• Identify and lead improvement initiatives within the Engineering service to enhance effectiveness and scalability.
• Analyze risk issues across domains to improve future risk identification, mitigation, or acceptance strategies.
• Provide second-line oversight of first-line technical functions to maintain alignment with established standards.
• Define service strategy and establish roadmaps for transparency into team performance and metrics.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in security engineering or risk management within a large enterprise.
• Proven ability to design and deploy scalable enterprise solutions while managing risks.
• Experience assessing product, project, and technology implementations for security.
• Strong process improvement skills with the capability to identify inefficiencies and drive change.
• Demonstrated success partnering across technical and non-technical teams in 2LOD roles.
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks like NIST Cybersecurity Framework and COBIT 2019.
