As a Manager within the Cyber Strategy, Risk & Compliance team, you will lead large-scale projects and innovate processes by designing AI-enabled solutions for cybersecurity organizations. Your day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring teams, engaging with clients at senior levels, and implementing enterprise-wide cyber risk governance frameworks. You will develop AI-powered threat models and provide strategic guidance to stay ahead of emerging threats. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or AI/ML engineering, along with 2 years of team management experience. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree, knowledge of AWS Bedrock/AWS Boto3 and Google Vertex AI SDK, proficiency in Python and leading AI frameworks like LangChain, and relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or AWS Certified Security – Specialty. This role requires up to 60% travel for technology sales enablement and client interactions.
