What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning
  • Proven track record as a product manager, owner, or analyst in an agile environment
  • Extensive hands-on coordination of testing activities within Agile delivery cycles
  • Strong capability in Agile backlog refinement and sprint preparation to maintain delivery readiness
  • Experience supporting Agile planning routines and serving as a consistent execution-level point of contact
  • Comfort using AI-enabled tools to improve requirements quality and accelerate backlog preparation
  • Branch banking experience preferred, with knowledge of regulatory compliance
