What you'll do

  • Lead teams in executing workforce optimization product initiatives to meet roadmap priorities and transformation milestones.
  • Drive integration of WFO capabilities across forecasting, scheduling, quality management, performance analytics, and real-time optimization.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with product changes to ensure stability and adoption during CCaaS migrations and platform transitions.
  • Develop and improve execution processes, metrics, and governance for predictable delivery and value realization in WFO projects.
  • Manage people and financial resources to support the operational readiness and ongoing optimization of workforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to resolve impediments and advance strategic initiatives aligned with enterprise standards and business goals.

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of management or leadership experience
  • Experience leading product delivery initiatives across cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of contact center technologies, including workforce management tools
  • Proven track record managing WFO solutions and CCaaS migrations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools for project execution
