What you'll do

  • Establish SLOs, implement drift monitoring, and strengthen CI/CD pipelines for AI systems.
  • Mentor engineers on AI best practices and conduct technical architecture reviews.
  • Partner with finance stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities and prototype rapid solutions.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience shipping production web applications with demonstrated technical leadership.
  • Graduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Deep expertise in Python and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks like React or Vue.
  • Proven track record deploying generative AI solutions including RAG, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks to production.
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Excellence in system design, code review, testing strategies, and GitOps practices.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical decisions across teams.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineering and finance audiences.
