What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in medium/high-volume fast-casual or full-service restaurant environment.
  • 1+ year of team leadership experience including hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
  • ServeSafe Manager certification required or willingness to obtain it.
  • Hands-on leadership with the ability to motivate teams of 5+ employees.
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data-driven decision-making.
  • Comfortable working late-night and weekend hours to support team needs.
  • Understanding of inventory management systems, product flow, and fulfillment best practices.
