What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • 1+ year of team leadership experience, including hiring and coaching.
  • ServeSafe Manager certification or willingness to obtain it.
  • Hands-on leadership with the ability to motivate teams of 5+ employees.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-style environments.
  • Analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for decision-making.
