What we're looking for
Minimum 14+ years of proven experience in operations consulting and digital transformation.
Deep expertise in Kinaxis and related interfaces using Talend and Data Fabric to SAP systems.
Strong knowledge of operational processes, systems, and tools implementation with a focus on process digitalization.
Experience leading large-scale transformation implementations in matrix team environments.
Ability to drive innovation through center of excellence programs for organizational transformation.
Proficient understanding of cross-functional business processes and connectivity across product development lifecycles.
Demonstrated ability to influence change management and align partnerships across organizations.
