The Lead Data Platform Engineer role at Janssen Research & Development LLC involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable data platforms that support AI, machine learning, GenAI, and data science initiatives. Design and build scalable data platforms supporting AI, machine learning, and GenAI.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field required.
At least 3 years of experience in data platform engineering or a similar technical leadership role.
Expertise in designing and developing data pipelines using Snowflake, Databricks, Airflow, DBT, and Streamsets.
Strong background in implementing data integration, transformation, and validation processes for accuracy and consistency.
Experience optimizing data workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability in large-scale environments.
Ability to collaborate with data product owners, scientists, analysts, and other partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
