As a Senior-level Joint Fires Operational Planner for the National Security Sector supporting United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM), you will lead the provision of timely and accurate operational planning to underpin USCYBERCOM’s tactical objectives. Your daily responsibilities include coordinating with various commands such as DISA, NSA, and other interagency organizations to develop and deliver cyber-focused tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) that advise future operations planners. You will act as a technical liaison between capability SMEs and developers, manage target development lists, and synchronize targeting methodologies across cyber capabilities. Essential skills include proficiency with target management systems like MIDB and CAT Targeting Toolkits, mastery of the Joint Targeting Cycle, and experience leading Boards and Working Groups such as JTWG and JTCM. This role requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph and extensive background in cybersecurity or related fields, combined with deep knowledge of USCYBERCOM’s mission and operational planning processes.
