What you'll do

  • Provide fire protection engineering support for capital projects and facility maintenance.

  • Interface with project managers to ensure compliance with Walt Disney World standards.
  • Offer technical input for inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire protection systems.
  • Support smoke control and management systems in various facilities.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in fire protection design or consulting
  • In-depth knowledge of Building and Fire Codes and NFPA standards
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Fire Protection Engineering or related field
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit software
  • Experience with codes and standards development, including committee involvement
  • Proven ability to provide technical input for inspection, testing, and maintenance
