Corpay is seeking a Merchant Certification Analyst to join its SVS division in Louisville, KY. This role involves supporting new and existing clients through all phases of technical readiness for integration with the company’s authorization server, including maintaining testing logs, configuring databases, and resolving technical issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up certification environments, generating test card orders, monitoring support inboxes, and serving as a technical consultant for client installations and upgrades. The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree or equivalent experience, with expertise in online message layering, TCP/IP protocols, SQL, RESTful services, ISO8583 standards, and Unix systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office tools. Knowledge of mainframe systems and multi-lingual abilities are a plus.

What you'll do

  • Maintain certification environment and provide technical support to clients.
  • Configure databases for new and existing client setups.
  • Lead end-to-end testing of clients’ applications in a controlled environment.
  • Serve as the primary technical consultant for clients during installation or upgrades.
  • Recommend program improvements and corrections to programmers based on test results.
  • Generate and fulfill test card orders when necessary.
  • Provide support to providers (switches, POS vendors) and assist with POS problems.

What we're looking for

  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration required.
  • 3 to 5 years of related experience in technical support roles.
  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP, SSL/HTTPS protocols, networking components, FTP processes.
  • Knowledge of SQL, RESTful WebServices, ISO8583, SOAP-based Webservices, HP Nonstop and Unix systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and effective communication abilities.
  • Experience in configuring databases for new and existing clients’ setups.
  • Ability to troubleshoot errors in client messages and database inconsistencies.
