What you'll do

• Lead solution design discussions with clients to understand requirements and constraints.
• Own end-to-end project delivery from kick-off through go-live and warranty support.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, Compliance, Operations, and Support teams internally.
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients on best practices and optimal use of Corpay’s capabilities.
• Ensure accurate implementation documentation and compliance with all requirements.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in client relationship management or solutioning roles within payments or financial services.
• Strong understanding of payments infrastructure including rails, connectivity, and integration models.
• Experience working with APIs, file-based integrations, and digital platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with full ownership through resolution.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic approach.
• Ability to build and maintain strong internal networks across Sales, Product, Compliance, Operations, and Support.
• Formal training in client engagement and project management provided by the company.
