What we're looking for

  • 10+ years in engineering leadership roles with executive experience
  • Proven success delivering large-scale cloud-based platforms with complex API ecosystems
  • Deep expertise in microservices, cloud technologies (preferably AWS), and API architecture
  • Demonstrated success driving modern engineering practices like CI/CD and DevOps
  • Experience building enterprise-grade platforms in regulated industries such as payments or fintech
  • Strong leadership of distributed teams across multiple time zones
  • Knowledge of data privacy, security standards, and compliance frameworks
