What you'll do

  • Participate in story refinement to clarify requirements and propose testable criteria.
  • Design comprehensive QA artifacts including strategies, plans, matrices, scenarios, cases, and results documentation.
  • Execute manual and automated tests covering functional, UI, API, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
  • Validate end-to-end business workflows across multiple systems using SQL queries and system logs.
  • Investigate issues identified during testing or reported from production, performing root cause analysis.
  • Document defects clearly in Jira with detailed reproduction steps and supporting evidence.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance for complex applications.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and test design techniques.
  • Proficiency in testing REST/SOAP APIs and executing SQL queries for data validation.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD deployment tools.
  • Familiarity with Jira for defect management and TestRail for test case documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
