What you'll do

  • Ensure data integrity and governance across Salesforce CRM.
  • Define and standardize key revenue metrics with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to support advanced analytics and forecasting.
  • Lead end-to-end Power BI development for actionable insights and performance optimization.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce, RevOps, or CRM analytics roles
  • 2+ years of management or team leadership experience
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce data model (standard + custom objects) and data integrity governance
  • Experience with Power BI tools for dashboard development and maintenance
  • Familiarity with data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery
  • Strong understanding of revenue operations and B2B sales processes
