  • Hold VP’s and their teams accountable for meeting monthly sales goals and objectives.
  • Motivate and incentivize the sales team to drive higher performance and exceed targets.

What we're looking for

  • 15+ years of sales & leadership experience in B2B SaaS or fintech.
  • Proven track record leading high-performing consultative sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop performance metrics.
  • Experience attracting, retaining, and motivating exceptional sales talent.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic planning.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Some domestic business travel required.
