What you'll do

Provide high-touch support and training for Portfolio Managers and Analysts on Platform services.

Identify solutions and champion product enhancements across the firm’s stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Math, or related field.
Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and Python programming.
Expertise in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and clear stakeholder communication.
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automation tools.
Experience in a hedge fund, investment bank, or commodities environment preferred.
Scripting/automation skills using languages like Python, PowerShell, Bash.
