We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Kafka Platform team, where you will leverage your deep expertise in Kafka and distributed systems to design, build, and operate core services that power our event-streaming platform. Your daily tasks include developing internal software and APIs to simplify Kafka provisioning and operational workflows, deploying and operating production-grade Kafka clusters on Kubernetes using Helm and GitOps practices, and implementing observability features such as metrics, logs, and traces with tools like Prometheus and Grafana. You will also secure the platform by managing TLS/mTLS, RBAC/ACLs, and secrets, while guiding best practices for event-streaming design and collaborating closely with application teams to enhance developer experience.
