Join our Technology Portfolio Manager Support team as a Tech Solutions Engineer, where you will empower Portfolio Managers and Analysts with cutting-edge technical solutions through high-touch support and training. Your daily responsibilities include educating users on platform technologies such as AWS, Airflow, Coder, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Terraform, and more, while also collaborating with analytics and engineering teams to automate data workflows and improve knowledge bases. You will work closely with stakeholders across the firm to identify solutions and champion product enhancements, ensuring timely resolution of user issues through proactive incident management. This role requires a strong background in Linux operating systems and Python, along with expertise in troubleshooting and clear communication skills. Familiarity with cloud concepts and database technologies is preferred, as well as experience in financial services environments like hedge funds or investment banks.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Math, or related field.
Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and Python scripting.
Expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving with clear communication skills.
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automation tools.
Experience in a hedge fund, investment bank, or commodities environment preferred.
Scripting/automation skills using Python, PowerShell, Bash.
