What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of CMDB experience, including ITIL/ITSM and Discovery support.
  • Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and related processes.
  • Ability to develop and maintain custom probes, patterns, scripts for automated discovery.
  • Strong process design, development, and support skills with CSDM implementation.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and optimizing ServiceNow Discovery and ECC Queue issues.
  • Proven experience identifying improvement opportunities through process audits.
  • Extensive knowledge of business system interactions and infrastructure dependencies.
