What you'll do

  • Plan and oversee IT/OT projects to ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and cybersecurity requirements.
  • Configure software and hardware solutions for manufacturing and lab operations, aligning with GAHM IT standards.
  • Develop domain expertise in Manufacturing and Quality business processes, systems, and data.
  • Ensure operational stability and performance of production applications and products.
  • Act as site Data Steward to maintain proper configuration management database (CMDB) records.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in IT or OT.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes including Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management.
  • Ability to adapt technology to business needs and think creatively on issues.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage relationships across expertise, geography, and culture.
  • Eager to participate in Modernization or Digitization initiatives using emerging technologies like IoT.
  • Experience with Systems Development Lifecycle Methodology (SDLC) preferred.
