Sr Analyst, Technology Analyst (Contact Center Technology)

What you'll do

• Partner with Product Owner and analysts to groom backlog of Genesys Cloud IVR/routing work.
• Facilitate front door meetings for intake requests to the line.
• Create user stories that focus on customer experience for engineers.
• Translate business needs into solution requirements using facilitation techniques.
• Manage complete requirements lifecycle, including elicitation and documentation.
• Conduct structured analysis using quantitative and qualitative techniques.
• Provide technical understanding of applications supporting specific Business Solution Areas.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of relevant software delivery or technology experience.
• Experience in managing the requirements lifecycle, including facilitation and documentation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for business needs translation.
• Ability to work with large stakeholder groups using facilitation techniques.
• Knowledge of applications supporting specific Business Solution Areas (BSA).
• Conducts structured analysis using quantitative and qualitative techniques.
• Influences priorities through negotiation and prioritization abilities.
