What you'll do

Analyze project impacts on engineering, facilities, and labor to determine cost-efficient resource methods.
Participate in tactical planning for the completion of identified project segments.
Perform research and laboratory functions including layout, building, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing devices.
Maintain and repair assemblies, subsystems, and complex systems.
Execute technical activities impacting proposal development and system-level design.
Support the detailed design and manufacture of advanced electronics systems.
Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.

What we're looking for

Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field plus 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of experience.
Must possess a Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph at time of hire.
U.S. citizenship is required.
Must be a subject matter expert in one discipline and develop knowledge in adjacent fields.
Must have a proficient understanding and application of engineering principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
Creative thinking with the ability to multi-task (preferred).
Commitment to ongoing professional development (preferred).
Ability to identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation (preferred).
