The candidate will develop technical solutions for complex problems, collaborate with internal experts, and coach lower-level staff. Required qualifications include an active DoD Secret Clearance, IAT II certification, and ITIL certification. The role requires expertise in hardware and software asset management to solve technical issues and influence team members regarding solution design and process approaches within the enterprise infrastructure.
