What you'll do

Translate stakeholder business needs into actionable user stories and deployable features.
Design and deliver digital solutions including applications, websites, systems, and products.
Manage requirements gathering and stakeholder relationships to understand mission challenges.
Lead an Agile development team to execute tactical planning and project milestones.
Utilize tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and SharePoint for project management and tracking.
Ensure IT compliance and alignment with Department of Defense processes and strategic objectives.
Oversee the development of user-focused digital experiences and intuitive interfaces.

What we're looking for

High school diploma or GED.
Experience using Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
Experience with internal and external stakeholder management and requirements gathering.
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience in SharePoint management, Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence (preferred).
Experience with AI LLMs such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT (preferred).
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (preferred).
Secret clearance.
