What you'll do

Support project coordination and management for a complex cybersecurity program.

Coordinate cross-functional communication among project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Manage day-to-day project administration, including scheduling and task tracking.
Track resource assignments, team availability, and project schedule updates.
Ensure adherence to organizational standards, templates, and compliance requirements.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Public Trust clearance is required.
High school diploma or GED is required.
4+ years of experience in project management or cybersecurity is required.
Experience preparing project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, and deliverable trackers is required.
Experience coordinating cross-functional communication among project teams, stakeholders, and external partners is required.
Ability to track resource assignments, team availability, and project schedule updates is required.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred); CAPM Certification (preferred).
