The IT Lead, Product Analyst, Third Party Management (TPM) joins the Corporate Business Technology Global Enterprise Solutions and Experience team to drive product insights for the third-party lifecycle. This role serves as the connective tissue between business stakeholders, technology teams, and procurement operations to ensure the digital solution delivers measurable risk and compliance outcomes. Responsibilities include translating complex requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria, managing the product backlog, conducting requirement elicitation through process mapping, and participating in Agile ceremonies. The candidate will utilize tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps for story refinement, Confluence or SharePoint for documentation, Visio or Mural for workflow mapping, and Power BI for tracking KPIs. This role addresses critical business problems regarding third-party risk assessment, onboarding, and ongoing monitoring within a regulated environment to ensure audit-ready traceability and streamlined workflows.
Translate procurement, risk, and stakeholder insights into user stories with clear acceptance criteria and audit trails.
Conduct requirement elicitation through interviews, process mapping, and workflow analysis for third-party management systems.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to improve compliance, user experience, and operational efficiency.
Ensure full traceability from initial requirements through development, testing, and final deployment.
Participate in all Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, refinements, and demos.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation to ensure systems meet compliance standards.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and vendor teams to resolve blockers and maintain delivery continuity.
Track KPIs and OKRs related to product health, workflow efficiency, and business outcomes.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or related techno-functional roles supporting enterprise digital products and delivery teams.
Demonstrated ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria while managing a product backlog.
Experience with third-party management and procurement risk operations including due diligence and monitoring.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and HPT ways of working.
Ability to break down complex processes into clear, testable requirements.
Experience with intake/workflow platforms and enterprise process automation in regulated environments is preferred.
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint, Visio, or Power BI is preferred.
