What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology required.
  • Five years of IT experience in manufacturing, private, public, government, or military environments.
  • Two years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred.
  • Expertise in workstation, laptop, tablet, printer, server, and networking support.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear guidance and reporting.
  • Willingness to provide after-hours support as needed.
