IT Infrastructure Supervisor

What you'll do

• Supervise and provide technical guidance to a team of IT analysts.
• Oversee hardware support for various devices including workstations, printers, and networking equipment.
• Manage software support for Windows OS, Microsoft Office suite, and security applications.
• Ensure accurate maintenance and monitoring of site IT dashboards and service performance metrics.
• Coordinate incident response and problem resolution to maintain system uptime.
• Identify recurring technical issues and implement corrective actions to improve processes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology required.
• Five years of IT experience in manufacturing, private, public, government, or military environments.
• Two years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred.
• Expertise in workstation, laptop, tablet, printer, server, and networking support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear guidance and reporting.
• Willingness to provide after-hours support as needed.
