What you'll do

  • Create and submit purchase orders from incoming IT support tickets daily.
  • Coordinate warehouse stock levels, inventory counts, and system record accuracy.
  • Prepare hardware for deployment by coordinating pulls and staging from inventory.
  • Monitor inventory levels to initiate replenishment orders and prevent stockouts.
  • Manage procurement queue by reviewing, categorizing, and escalating tickets as needed.
  • Track open purchase orders, follow up on delays, resolve delivery issues, and update stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry and record-keeping abilities.
  • Ability to work independently on operational tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with IT hardware/equipment preferred for better performance.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret clearance.
