Lead and develop a team of sourcing professionals for networking hardware categories.
Define and execute global commodity strategies to optimize cost, performance, and supply continuity.
Serve as the primary executive interface for key suppliers, driving strategic partnerships and capacity planning.
Negotiate complex supply agreements aligned with Oracle standards for pricing and contractual terms.
Drive supply chain resiliency through risk mitigation, alternate sourcing, and supplier diversification.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and operational scalability.
What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or supplier management with a focus on hardware or infrastructure technologies.
Proven leadership in developing high-performing teams and managing managers or senior individual contributors for at least 5 years.
Experience owning commodity strategy for hardware components including cost optimization, supply continuity, and supplier performance.
Strong negotiation skills for complex commercial agreements involving pricing, supply terms, and long-term contracts.
Cross-functional partnership experience with Engineering, Product, and Finance teams to support new product introduction and lifecycle management.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field.
