IT Hardware Lease Finance Administration Analyst

What you'll do

• Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including master agreement management and lease schedule creation.
• Ensure accuracy of lease documentation by validating asset serialization and receipt details.
• Reconcile invoices monthly for lease rent, property tax, early termination fees, and buyouts.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, initiate corrective actions, and recover overpayments.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth asset management controls throughout the leasing lifecycle.
• Review monthly Lease Schedule Inventory reports and propose proactive strategies for buyouts or returns.

What we're looking for

• Strong research and analytical skills with in-depth finance and accounting background.
• Experience managing IT hardware leasing processes from receipt to final return/buyout.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with Oracle-based applications.
• Ability to conduct market analysis, model demand patterns, and perform total cost of ownership analyses.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
• Expertise in invoice reconciliation, lease payment validation, and maintaining accurate financial records.
