What you'll do

  • Administer Microsoft Windows Server environments including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
  • Manage enterprise virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) platforms such as Omnissa Horizon or Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and technical documentation.
  • Resolve complex Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues related to networking, virtualization, and endpoint connectivity.
  • Execute vulnerability remediation by applying security patches and hardening configurations across all infrastructure platforms.
  • Manage enterprise backup systems, including monitoring failures, performing restorations, and conducting disaster recovery testing.
  • Support network services such as TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, and firewalls to ensure stable connectivity.

What we're looking for

  • Must have an active U.S. Top Secret (TS) security clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of IT work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years without a Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and troubleshooting in production environments.
  • Experience administering Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM/MECM.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and virtualization technologies.
  • Experience with VDI platforms, vulnerability remediation, and enterprise backup solutions.
