IT Business Analyst II, Offshore Teams/Legacy Systems

What you'll do

• Analyze business, operational, and regulatory requests to identify risks, dependencies, and recommended solutions.
• Navigate enterprise and legacy applications to validate requirements and evaluate downstream impacts on integrated systems.
• Maintain a prioritized product backlog in partnership with Product Owners and IT Delivery Managers.
• Create Agile artifacts including user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams.
• Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, and daily standups.
• Coordinate release readiness activities and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect triage.
• Maintain accurate functional documentation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure traceability.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience working as part of an agile team.
• Experience with Agile Development Methodologies.
• Experience working with offshore teams (preferred).
• Experience with legacy systems (preferred).
• IIBA certifications (preferred).
• Strong oral and written communication skills to document and communicate requirements.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking abilities to solve complex business problems.
