What you'll do

Analyze business, operational, and regulatory requests to identify risks, dependencies, and potential impacts on integrated systems.
Translate complex business requirements into clear technical documentation including user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners and IT Delivery Managers.
Participate in all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and PI Planning sessions.
Identify cross-application dependencies and coordinate release readiness activities with technical teams.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and production validation to ensure solutions meet compliance standards.
Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and improved customer experience.
Maintain accurate functional documentation throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
