What we're looking for
BS Degree in Computer Science, another Engineering field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in broadcast engineering, AV engineering, and live event production.
5+ years of expertise supporting live broadcast environments including streaming, switching, and audio engineering with proficiency in production switchers like Blackmagic ATEM or Sony MVS.
5+ years experience as a technical director, audio engineer, camera operator, mixer, and streaming engineer across in-person and remote productions (preferred).
5+ years proficiency with streaming/web conferencing platforms, enterprise conference room AV systems including Cisco and Crestron, and Dante audio networking (preferred).
5+ years experience with signal flow, routing, distribution infrastructure, camera systems, and audio consoles (preferred).
Knowledge of video encoding standards, intercom systems, LED wall technology, and Gen AI technologies (preferred).
Ability to provide white-glove service in high-visibility environments and lead technical discussions with stakeholders (preferred).
