Senior Software Engineer, macOS System Experience

As a Senior Software Engineer, macOS System Experience, you will join the macOS System Experience team to build and evolve core components of the desktop operating system. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining critical system features including Dock, Control Center, Notifications, Login, Mission Control, Spaces, and Stage Manager. Your daily work involves navigating a large codebase, driving features forward, and solving complex problems creatively within the macOS ecosystem. To succeed in this role, you must possess proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, and Objective-C, along with strong agentic programming expertise. You should be a forward-thinking collaborator who is customer-focused and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively. This position focuses on the technical challenge of building high-quality system experiences for the macOS platform while ensuring seamless functionality across various integrated desktop features.
