What you'll do

Develop key figures of merit and author technical requirement specifications.
Create end-to-end models for sensors, circuits, DSP, and algorithms to predict performance.
Develop tools, scripts, and infrastructure to enable scalable modeling.
Execute sensor design, ASIC application design, and system-level integration and bring-up.
Analyze and reconcile build data against model predictions.
Perform failure analysis to identify root causes and propose corrective actions.
Provide clear technical updates to leadership and broader engineering teams.

What we're looking for

BS degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
Hands-on experience in system-level design, architecture, characterization, and validation.
Experience in modeling, building, and testing sophisticated, multi-physics systems.
Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, SPICE, COMSOL, or similar packages.
Experience with high-volume mass production (preferred).
Deep understanding of physics, analog circuits, and linear algebra (preferred).
Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment (preferred).
