JOB TITLE: iPhone Hardware Engineering Program Manager (iPhone HW EPM) The iPhone Hardware Engineering Program Manager (iPhone HW EPM) joins the engineering program management group to lead multi-functional development teams for various system hardware sub-systems. Key responsibilities include the planning, release, and delivery of hardware components such as flexible printed circuit boards, development boards, and printed circuit boards. The role requires a strong technical background in Electrical Engineering, with Mechatronics experience considered a plus. You will utilize core competencies in communication, organization, and problem-solving to synchronize projects with the established product development process.

What you'll do

Lead multi-functional development teams for hardware sub-systems including flex-PCBAs, PCBAs, and development boards.
Manage and track engineering development schedules and project budgets.

Drive deliveries and resolve issues with global suppliers.
Integrate supplier work and schedules into the overall project timeline.
Communicate project status and the big picture to the project team and management.
Synchronize project activities with the established Apple development process.

Relevant industry experience.
BS EE degree (preferred).
Strong technical background in EE (preferred).
Mechatronics experience (preferred).
Flexibility to collaborate with global teams across multiple timezones.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
